  1. We will conduct 3 key stakeholder interviews. Two with top and mid level managers plus one with a key employee. This will provide you with valuable insights into your internal culture so we can promote these values to the wider talent market.
  2. We will prepare an expert outline of your corporate culture.
  3. We will define and create your Unique Messaging Framework as an employer.
  4. We will conduct McQuaig Psychometric Job Surveys for all of your most critical roles to understand the behaviours and values candidates need to be aligned with in order to succeed and be happy within your business.

Brand Visibility Boost (BVB)

  1. We will conduct 1 interview with a key member within the company that would showcase the value of working for you.
  2. We will write an SEO optimised, well written, compelling blog article to publish on your website.
  3. We will prepare unique pieces of content to be published on all social media channels. These will follow industry best guidelines for each channel and will ensure the cohesiveness of your employer brand across all platforms.
