Working with Human Minako focused on people's learning & development even before starting her HR career. After working with different senior leaders/executives from various cultural backgrounds, she learned executive coaching more in-depth. She is always passionate about finding your potential to develop and maximise them to achieve your goals.
Industry Experience: Minako has worked as a strategic and operational HR professional for over 20 years for Global, Japanese, British and European based organisations across engineering, airlines, insurance, consultancy, technologies, music, education and pharmaceuticals. She is particularly experienced in leadership development, global talent management, cultural change, and
employee relations. She has provided strategic advice at an executive level for process improvement, structure change, increasing employee engagement, and developing company culture.
Qualifications and Training:
ILM Level 7 accredited executive coach. Also qualified in Human Resources with a MA in Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD).
Life outside Human: Minako works as an interim HR Director. She is a competitive tennis player and a fun piano player and enjoys cooking international cuisine.

Why Human?
