Also qualified in Human Resources with a MA in Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD). Life outside Human: Minako works as an interim HR Director. She is a competitive tennis player and a fun piano player and enjoys cooking international cuisine.
